THE special inauguration ceremony was held at the Aceh Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) building in Banda Aceh Thursday last week. The festivity at the building had been visible since around 8am. About 1 kilometer of the main road where the building is located was cordoned off. Only invitees were allowed in the premises.
