THE tsunami that devastated the Aceh coastal areas late in 2004 continues to leave a long misery for thousands of Acehnese people.

Based on reports quoted by Oxfam from the Aceh-Nias Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Agency (BRR), as many as 70,000 tsunami victims still inhabit the barracks scattered in a number of spots in Aceh.
