ONE of the prettiest places in all of Bali, Tirtagangga (“Water of the Ganges”) is a 1.2-hectare (3 acre) pool complex built by Raja Anak Agung Anglurah Ketut in 1947 with corvée labor on the site of a curative springs that emerges from under a holy banyan tree.
