SEVERAL trucks and heavy machinery, sealed by the Directorate-General of Law Enforcement of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, are seen within a mangrove forest area that has been reclaimed for housing development in Sagulung, Batam, Riau Islands, Friday, October 20.
