A NUMBER of Tridharma (Three Teachings) devotees watch as replicas of paper deity statues, boats, offering houses, and ancestral name tablets are burned during the Ulambana (Phu Tu) King Hoo Ping prayer ritual at Tjie Lam Tjay Temple in Semarang, Central Java, Sunday, September 1.
