DARK clouds hanging over Jakarta’s skyline on Thursday, November 4. The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) issued an early warning of the potential high rainfall and hydrometeorological disasters in a number of areas due to the La Nina phenomenon which is predicted to last from the end of the year until February 2022.
