CORAL GARDENING

A CONSERVATIONIST tends to the coral reef transplant media at the underwater conservation zone in the Bangsring coastal area, Banyuwangi, East Java, Sunday, December 4. The coral reef transplantation, carried out by a community group of local fishermen since 2009, has now reached an area of approximately eight hectares. It is home for a variety of marine biota.
