LIFE UNDER THE BRIDGE

A BOY walks past a row of hovel dwellings built under the Cawang-Tomang-Pluit Inner City Toll Road, in Jelambar Baru, West Jakarta, Tuesday, June 19. The people living under the bridge are former residents of the suburb of Kalijodo who were evicted for the construction of the Kalijodo Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) during Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama’s time.
