Transparency Over Corona Virus
I THINK the government should be transparent in handling the coronavirus issue.
When Indonesian are indeed infected, the state should open their actual data on the number of people contracting the virus and how they have been affected. I believe this is very important because Indonesians need to know so that they can be alert against the virus.
The state owns sets of equipment to prove the presence or absence of the corona virus. People should not feel anxious amid uncertainties, while other countries are seriously tackling the prevalence of the epidemic by closing public facilities, even the access to cities and states. It also seems strange if the government involves intelligence in dealing with the spread of this virus.
The government should be more rational in controlling the virus transmission and prepares a clear protocol for its handling and prevention. Anyway, the virus is an invisible enemy that can attack anybody. Hopefully we are protected from its invasion.

Stop the Provocation
ON March 8, 2020 at around 4pm-5pm, I read Chapter 2 of Al-Baqarah, verse 159: “Those who conceal anything of the clear truths and the guidance that We have sent down, after We have made them clear in the Book, God curses such people and so do all who have any authority to curse.”
From the verse, we, especially leaders of this country, can learn to make introspection and evaluate everything because the verse contains guidance from Allah the One God through His holy book. Indonesian leaders and figures should promptly remember the guidance that is often ignored. It should not happen that He puts a curse on us for ignoring His directives.
We should put an end to behavior that is exclusive, provocative and confrontational as a result of negative primordialism based on religions and beliefs, political parties and the conglomeration economic system. We need to immediately repent, reconcile, consolidate and collaborate to follow and uphold pluralism, to cease negative radical movements such as the plan to conduct a sweep over Indian citizens in Indonesia.

The AXA Mandiri Insurance Problem
I AM conveying the evidence that my policy unit link, 513-6999-xxx, should have changed into the rupiah money market and ATRP on February 24, 2020. But the electronic transaction evidence on February 24, 2020 did not show any change.
It seems that the system or data entry failed to work properly in AXA Mandiri Financial. I earnestly request that my transaction data be directly changed according to the net value of assets (NAB) of February 24, 2020. I do not want to wait until the March transaction for having followed the suggestion to wait for the transaction until February 22, 2020 (because the weekend transaction fell on February 24, 2020).
Through this letter, I also request compensation for the material loss and the time already devoted and wasted since July 2019. I am waiting for the change of my NAB transaction of today. This e-mail also applies to the change of the policy of my wife, Jeanette Navratilova Mulia Alim, with the number of 513-6999-xxx.
AXA Mandiri’s Response
WE apologize for the inconvenience experienced by Bapak Rinto Basuki. We also express our gratitude for the loyalty of Bapak Rinto as a client of AXA Mandiri. The change of the investment instrument has been settled and AXA Mandiri has conveyed latest transaction statements to Bapak Rinto respectively on February 28, 2020 and March 6, 2020. Bapak Rinto has also given his confirmation of the completion of the entire process of change.
