Bobby Nasution is cozying up to a number of political parties in order to be nominated as a mayoral candidate for Medan. He is believed to have a good chance of winning the race.

AS part of his preparations to run for mayor of Medan, North Sumatra, Muhammad Bobby Afif Nasution went to Banyuwangi, East Java, in February. During his four-day visit there, President Joko Widodo’s son-in-law went to numerous places, among others, the Public Service Market in the Genteng Wetan traditional market complex in Dusun Krajan, Wetan subdistrict. Regent Abdullah Azwar Anas was Bobby’s mentor during his stay in Banyuwangi.
