Eight artists made children toys, blending childrens imagination with art. Some indeed look like real toys, others do not look like toys at all.

IT turns out that artists can make toys too. The toy created by Arya Panjalu, an artist from Yogyakarta, is in the form of a tall, big, black man whose entire body is wound with wire. In front of it, a woman, shorter than the man, stands looking at it. She is tightly holding a black pouch. That is Timun Emas (Golden Cucumber). It is hard to imagine that Aryas piece can be used as a plaything by a child.
