Composer Ananda Sukarlan recorded Amir’s works on CD. It was the first time in Amir’s life that a digital recording was made of his music.

ONE Sunday towards the end of 2006. The pianist Ananda Sukarlan, 41, was in Medan and rather puzzled. With choreographer Chendra E.
