THERE is unusual food on the dish. A Chinese woman in her traditional attire is sitting, holding a knife and fork, ready to eat the food before her: a goats head.

The head has apparently just been separated from the bodythe two eyes are still open and the hair is thick and black. The woman smiles bitterly. She is gazing at the dish, unusual but seemingly familiar. It seems as if she wanted to say, Ive got to eat this, again.
