A NO-smoking sign is pasted on the wall. But he does not care. Looking restless, he walks back and forth, touring one of the floors of the Movie Building, carrying with him a bunch of censorship papers for imported movies. Last month Tempo approached him to seek his assistance. Here is an excerpt of the conversation:
