Aboeprijadi Santoso CALL him Tengku Ibrahim. He is 74 and a resident of Kecamatan Tiro in northern, North Aceh, the birthplace of Muhammad Hasan di Tiro, leader of the Free Aceh Movement (GAM).
Tengku Ibrahim doesn't like pemilu, the general elections. In a land under a state of war, he dismisses the general elections as a pointless exercise.
The writer is a Radio Nederland journalist covering the general elections in Aceh.
