Anggito Abimanyu LAST week the government presented its basic fiscal policy for the budget year 2005 to the House of Representatives (DPR) which, after deliberation, will serve as the basis for the drafting of the 2005 State Budget (APBN).
The 2005 APBN is unique. Why? Because, first of all, it shall be drafted in a new format as
Head of Fiscal Analysis, Department of Finance, and economics lecturer at Gajah Mada University.
