FOR the first time in history, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), is holding the World Cup competition in the Middle East, namely in Qatar. The tiny and wealthy nation in the Arabian bay, or rather the Gulf of Persia, has a population dominated by migrants (88 percent) compared to only 12 percent Qatari Arabs.
