Commissioner General Suroyo Bimantoro is very lucky. On the day he was sworn in by President Abdurrahman Wahid as Indonesian police chief, he got a nice present. His police force arrested four suspects in the case of the Jakarta Stock Exchange bombing, the issue that brought down his predecessor.
