AFTER being sorely missed for nine months, the tourists are back in Bali. Many inbound flights are full, hotels are approaching break-even occupancy levels, and the staff of the more popular restaurants, instead of pleading with passersby to enter and have a meal, admonish would-be diners from showing up at peak hours without a reservation.
