THE atmosphere grew heated at last Tuesday's meeting of top officials for the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) at its Lenteng Agung headquarters in South Jakarta. Several of the party's top guns accused each other of being responsible for drastic slumps at the polls. General Chair Megawati Sukarnoputri expressed anger about the vote, noting that the numbers were far below target.
