POLICE officers were very busy last Friday at Alexander Downer's office in the Australian Federal Parliament building in Canberra. The staff had received an envelope containing suspicious powder. A similar package had found its way two days earlier to the Indonesian embassy. Initial suspicion was that it contained anthrax.
