THE ship raced across the vast expanse of the ocean, trailing a wake of white foam. The sea was blue. The skies overhead were clear. At a high speed of 31 knots, Indonesian Naval Vessel (KRI) Tedong Naga sliced through the seas towards Unarang Reef in the Sulawesi Sea off East Kalimantan last Thursday.
