FOR the past year, Abdi Tunggal, 28, has been living two distinctly separate lives. As an employee of the Department of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries, his office is on Jl. Merdeka Timur, Central Jakarta. His days are filled with the traffic noise and snarl-ups on the streets. However, at least every two months, he goes off to remote islands that are very quiet.
