THREE years of struggling over the issue of Unibanks negotiable certificate of deposit (NCD), Hary Tanoesoedibjo is finally speaking up. At Tempos office last Monday, he spoke for about four hours on the ins and outs of the case which is currently being investigated by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
