Reunited in Cipinang

A LACKLUSTER flag is flying from the top of a 3-meter-tall pole in the yard of Cipinang Prison in Jalan Bekasi Timur Raya, Jakarta. The 3-hectare prison is surrounded by a 4-meter-high wall topped by rolls of barbed wire. That is just the first layer. Inside, there is another concrete wall also topped by barbed wire.
The surface of the wall is dull cream, with some of the paint already peeling off. Inside the enclosure, there are blocks and cells
