IT is not easy to ‘catch’ Justice & Human Rights Minister Hamid Awaludin these days. The Pare-Pare, South Sulawesi-born Hamid, 47, who usually answers his phone quite readily, is now reluctant to speak. Last week, a Tempo reporter tried twice to ambush him, to no avail. Hamid would just wave his hand and walk on. Tempo had brought along some documents which needed his confirmation.
