THE dark-red tape was pasted all over the body of the five BO-105 helicopters—some of it covering up the door hinges. Four of the helicopters were white, the others dark green. They sat silently in a hangar which used to belong to the workshop of PT Bukaka Trans System, Citeureup, West Java.
