THE girls sat in rows on plastic benches. Most of them wore jeans, others in loose-fitting pants, in the style of Jakarta’s youths. Some had blonde-streaked hair. One wore a black shirt with the words, “NY Juicy Girls.” Most wore tight tank tops and trendy, wide glasses: certainly not the style of the lower class of society.
