THE goods that Basuki Dwi Santoso, Marketing Manager of Villa Tamara, had for sale went like hot cakes. Three hundred luxury homes in the heart of the city of Samarinda, East Kalimantan, had all been sold. And what did they sell for? At least Rp400 million for a type 75 on a 150-square-meter plot of land, with the most expensive costing Rp5 billion for a type 300 on 1,000 square meters of land.
