IT is not usual for the conference room on the second floor of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) office in Jalan Harmoni, Central Jakarta, to be so crowded. Some of the visitors were unable to obtain seats, forced to stand at the entrance of the room. They also did not leave the conference room after the council of judges, led by KPPU Commissioner Syamsul Maarif, finished reading out the verdict.
