IT is like a hungry mouse in a riceshed. Indonesia’s production of coal is overflowing. PLN is also the largest purchaser of coal in Indonesia. However, all this does not guarantee that coal supplies flow smoothly to PLN’s power plants. Three times in a period of one year, coal supplies were disrupted: in March and December last year and in February this year.
