THERE is only white chalky land as far as the eye can see. It has already been leveled and firmed up. Not a single tree is left standing, except for recently planted seedlings along the sides of the 200-or-so-hectare area. Five brand-new imposing buildings stand on a distant hill. They are covered with blue roofing tiles and the walls are snow-white. Some workers are busily finishing the interior of the two-floor main building.
