SENIOR attorney Otto Cornelis Kaligis is furious. It seems Finance Minister Sri Mulyani has ordered Bank Mandiri to withdraw Rp1.2 trillion of PT Timor Putra Nasional’s money. “Just because a case is ongoing, she shouldn’t be acting as judge and jury on her own,” fumed Kaligis, 66, denying his client had colluded with certain parties to settle Timor’s claims last week.
