DESPITE earning tens of billions of rupiah, those in charge of the Employees Cooperative at the Justice & Human Rights Department decided not to make any improvement to their office. There are no signs anywhere in the entryway to direct visitors to the Cooperative. In fact, the door to the office bears no indication of an office behind it.
