WOMEN filled the backyard of a Javanese-style home at Ampera Raya 1000, in South Jakarta, on Tuesday last week. Dressed in traditional clothing, they gathered under a red tent which had been set up at the Kriya Asri House.
A sweet fragrance wafted from the 29th anniversary of the National Handicrafts Council. Mufidah, wife of Indonesian Vice President Jusuf Kalla, and chairperson of the organization, presided over the event.
