The National Sun Party is challenging the National Mandate Party for Muhammadiyah votes in the upcoming legislative election.

THEY are similar, but not the same. That describes the National Mandate Party (PAN) and the National Sun Party (PMB). Both carry the logo of a sun, because both emerged from the same socio-religious organization, Muhammadiyah, whose logo is the sun. The only difference is that the sun in PMB’s logo is colored red and PAN’s is green. PAN is 10 years old, while PMB was ‘born’ only two years ago.
