THE plane with call sign CLNO4 had landed at Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport in East Jakarta, after sundown. The plane, which belonged to TAG Aviation, an airline headquartered in the United States, had flown in directly from Hong Kong at the request of Joko Soegiarto Tjandra, boss of the Mulia Group, one of Indonesia’s top property companies. On Wednesday two weeks ago, after landing at Halim, the plane immediately requested to refuel.
