The Nurul Iman Pesantren finances school activities through the profits from their business units. These funds are also given to graduates as starting capital.

THE fasting month of Ramadan means a long holiday for the santri (students of Islam) of Al-Ashiriyyah Nurul Iman Pesantren located in Parung, Bogor. School activities stopped three days before the fasting begun. The mosque is emptier, although some Qur’an reading classes are still held.
