THE drink in the plastic cup is called Raudhah (good spot) Tea of which the santri (students of Islam) are very fond, because it is refreshing and costs only Rp500 per cup. The tea is invigorating when it is drunk after physical exercise. More importantly, each time the santri drink this tea, they contribute to empowering their school’s economy.
