The Constitutional Court ordered the recording on the conspiracy against Bibit and Chandra to be submitted on Tuesday this week. This decision was reportedly one of the factors behind the order to detain Bibit Samad Rianto and Chandra Hamzah.

CONGRATULATIONS were extended to Bibit Samad Rianto and Chandra M. Hamzah. These two suspended leaders of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) occasionally burst into laughter. On Thursday last week, Bibit, Chandra, and their team of lawyers did indeed appear elated. Two interim verdicts of a material test of Law No. 30/2002 on the KPK, which they had filed for, had been granted by the Constitutional Court (MK).
