THERE are some similarities between Sri Mulyani and Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, the World Bank Managing Director appointed in 2007. Both are women and both once served as finance ministers. Okonjo Iweala is a former Nigerian Finance Minister. Unlike Sri Mulyani, this Harvard University graduate also served as her country’s foreign minister.
