OVER a dozen workers wearing yellow hardhats scurried back and forth. The sun began to descend past the zenith on Friday last week, over the construction area of the Tamansari Semanggi Apartments, right behind the Planet Hollywood movie theater on Jalan Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta.
