The Justice & Human Rights Ministry has annulled the results of a PT Cipta Televisi Pendidikan Indonesia general shareholders meeting held by businessman Hary Tanoesoedibjo. Hary's 75 percent of shares in the television station owned by Siti Hardijanti Rukmana were regarded as invalid.
