The Justice & Human Rights Ministry has annulled the results of a PT Cipta Televisi Pendidikan Indonesia general shareholders meeting held by businessman Hary Tanoesoedibjo. Hary's 75 percent of shares in the television station owned by Siti Hardijanti Rukmana were regarded as invalid. Following the blocking of the registration of the shareholders meeting, the dispute between Tutut and Hary is now set to end in the courts.
