ARMED with a letter from the Justice & Human Rights Ministry, Siti Hardijanti Rukmana, 61, aka Tutut, is claiming to be the legal owner of PT Cipta Television Pendidikan Indonesia, which runs TPI television station. On Saturday, two weeks ago, Tutut came to the TPI office at the Mini Indonesia Indah Park area. They posted signs and distributed announcements detailing the structure of TPI's new executive board and its board of commissioners.
