IT was early morning, not quite 7am. Two cars made their way along Jalan Kampung Melayu Besar in Tebet, South Jakarta. The second car trailed behind the first at a short distance. The first car stopped in front of a Javanese restaurant and two men emerged, going straight inside the eatery. The second car stopped at the edge of the road, a few meters behind.
