DEMOCRAT Party Chairman Anas Urbaningrum admitted to having failed in his mission. Flying all the way to Bali, he was tasked by the party Ethics Council, to obtain the signature of party treasurer Muhammad Nazaruddin on his letter of resignation. But the letter remained unsigned.
