A RED and a white paper indicating a seal of impoundment was pasted on top of a container belonging to PT Berkat Mandiri Prima, on Friday last week. The red paper, with the words ‘Sealed by the Customs Office’ was dated March 2, 2011. The white paper read ‘Seal of the Agriculture Quarantine Office,’ dated May 31, 2011.
