THE sun was hot over Benete harbor in West Sumbawa regency, in the province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) that Tuesday afternoon last week. In 38-degree-Celsius temperature, passengers disembarked from a speedboat which had just docked at the special pier belonging to PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara, an American mining company.
