The methods used by regional government officials to carry out abnormal financial transactions were detected by the Financial Transactions Reporting and Analysis Center (PPATK). They include using personal bank accounts to keep state funds, securities investments, insurance and some unusually large transactions.
Suspicious Financial Transactions are:
- Transactions which depart from the profile, characteristic, or usual patterns of the service
