THE war of words resumed after a two-month break. On the front page of the first issue of Doenia Bergerak, young journalist Marco Kartodikromo purposely used capital letters for the title of his article: Marco, Pro of Contra Dr. DA Rinkes (Marco, the Pros or Cons of DA Rinkes). Under the story that appeared in the first edition of January 13, 1914, a critical letter by Douwe Adolf Rinkes was also published.
